En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir una receta muy fácil de preparar y que nos puede ayudar en las meriendas y para cualquier ocasión.
Se trata del Pan de Cambur, pero está vez no utilicé el horno, sino que lo hice en un sartén y quedó genial y muy sabroso, sin más comencemos...

This time I want to share with you a very easy to prepare recipe that can help us in snacks and for any occasion.
This is the Cambur Bread, but this time I did not use the oven, but I did it in a pan and it turned out great and very tasty, without further ado let's start....

✓ 5 cambures maduros
✓ 2 tazas de harina todo uso
✓ 1 taza de azúcar
✓ 2 cdas colmadas de aceite
✓ 1 1/2 cdta de sal
✓ 1 huevo (opcional)

✓ 5 ripe camburs
✓ 2 cups of all-purpose flour
✓ 1 cup of sugar
✓ 2 heaping tablespoons of oil
✓ 1 1/2 tsp. salt
✓ 1 egg (optional)

PASO 1

Lo primero que debemos hacer es pelar los cambures, picarlos en trozos y machacarlos bien.

STEP 1

The first thing we need to do is peel the camburs, chop them into pieces and mash them well.

PASO 2

Luego añadimos las cucharadas de aceite, la sal y el azúcar y vamos integrando bien la mezcla. Aquí también se puede agregar un huevo si es de su preferencia.

Por último agregamos la harina y mezclamos bien.

PASO 4

Cubrimos un sartén con un poquito de aceite y vertemos la mezcla, colocamos a fuego bajo durante veinte minutos aproximadamente por cada lado o hasta dorar.

STEP 4

Cover a frying pan with a little bit of oil and pour the mixture, place over low heat for about twenty minutes on each side or until golden brown.
