Nasi Lemak which literally translates into " Fatty Rice " is loved by all Malaysian. The fattiness and richness is derived from coconut milk and the flavour is enhanced by using various aromatics such as pandan leaves, lemongrass, cloves, ginger and fenugreek seeds. Apart from dried anchovies sambal ( sambal ikan bilis), coconut rice can also be paired with chicken, prawn sambal or rendang.

Ingrediants:
4 cups Basmati Rice (Soak the rice for 30 minutes)
4 cups Coconut Milk
2 cups Water
2 Pandan Leaves
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
3 Cloves
2 inch Ginger
1 Lemongrass (Serai)
1 ½ tsp Salt
Bahan-bahan:
4 cawan Beras Basmati ( rendam selama 30 minit)
4 cawan Santan
2 cawan Air
2 Daun pandan
½ sudu kecil Halba
3 Bunga Cengkih
2 inchi Halia
1 Serai
1 ½ sudu kecil Garam
