This Green Veggie Fried Rice is easy to cook and only uses green vegtables without any soy sauce or other sauces. Hence it is healthy. It only takes about 30 minutes to prepare and the ingredients are easy to get.


Servings : 2 person
Ingredients:
Step 1 - Cook the Rice :
1 cup Basmati Rice
½ tsp Salt
1½ cup Water

Step 2 - Ingredients for Fried Rice :
As required Oil
1 Big onion
3 Green Chilies
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ cup Beans
½ Green Capsicum
1 cup Broccoli
½ tsp Salt
1 cube Vegetable Stock
Little Black Pepper Powder
Little White Pepper Powder
¼ cup Green Peas
½ cup Spring Onions
1 tbsp Virgin Sesame Oil
