It's hard for me to find vegan cheese here, I never even know how the taste and shape of vegan cheese looks like, I hope I find it soon and I can totally make vegan leggy martabak :D

It looks very similar to normal cheese, and most melt well and taste pretty good as such. Some are better than others when it comes to eating it as it is, i.e. on bread.
