Lo primero que hay que hacer es lavar muy bien los mangos porsupuesto, pelarlos y luego picarlos en pequeños trozos despues se hierven con agua suficiente por varios minutos hasta que se tornen blando, a los 10 minutos de hervir van untando azúcar, canela si quieren y bueno eso es todo, cuando este listo sirven y disfrutan.. explicación sencilla, preparación sencilla.

A comienzos del siglos XlX, los suramericanos no lo conocían. ¡Cuando se acerca mayo y luego junio, los mangos son las delicias de muchos niños y adultos también! ¡que suerte tenemos nosotros hoy días!
