Hello foodies beehivers!

Its nice to back and share some home cooked meals I prepare. After almost a month of not having electricity finally we are blessed to see the light. It was the hardest when it comes to budgeting food since we can't store. Most of the time we would have canned foods or instant food. One of my problem is what to do with left over. It is very affordable and healthy too.

Adobo is a widely used recipe here in the Philippines, for reasons that it can help in keeping the food from spoiling easily. Specially we don't have electricity we have to keep our food from spoiling. It is very hard to store meat or left over so we try our very best to cook them in a way were we can still have them the next day.

This recipe is actually one of my favorites, I seldom eat this since its quiet messy to prepare. Slicing it thinly then marinating the liver is a great way to loose the smell of the liver

INGREDIENTS

Pork liver – 1/4 kg
Onion (sliced) – 1 PC.
Garlic (minced) – 1 PC.
Soy sauce – 4 tbsp.
Oyster sauce
Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • Saute onion and garlic. Before cooking you may marinate the pork liver ahead.

  • Add sprite for taste. Let it cook.

  • Serve hot and share.
