i always make vegan treats for my family today i made slim fries
its just an alternative forregular fries its way more crispier and well less potatoes
so firstly i took a bucket off water to wash a kg of potatoes cause i personally feel the skin doesn't need to be removed just washed throughly .
next i sliced potatoes thin and put them in clean water cause thats how the potato starch comes out and the fries are more crispy
then i sliced it into thin fries and
fried them and voila here is the end result

Thin fry seems like a great choice for me, , of course that is maybe because it made from a perfect cut like every piece is in the same size. Fantastic, well preparation and yummy describes your cooking today. I actually love it. ❤️
I love extra thin crispy fries, it's not easy to make them but the effort is super worth it!
