Hola, encantadora comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, hoy les traigo una de mis recetas para realizar una rica Torta de Vainilla, es una torta que podrás degustar en familia una rica tarde de verano o en cualquier temporada del año, puedes probarla con un rico café con leche, o si es tu preferencia un chocolate caliente, solo es cuestión de gusto y de cómo te sientas en el momento. También por ser una receta básica, puedes usarla en celebraciones, yo en esta oportunidad la quería para merendar en compañía de mis personas favoritas. Además si es tu primera vez, esta receta es la ideal, ya que es básica la podrás modificar al gusto con varios sabores, y si te arriesga la puedes decorar. La verdad no es nada difícil te mostrare el paso a paso de cómo hacer la torta de vainilla para que logres una torta esponjosa y deliciosa en el primer intento, acompáñame:

Also for being a basic recipe, you can use it in celebrations, this time I wanted it for a snack in the company of my favorite people. Also if it is your first time, this recipe is ideal, since it is basic you can modify it to taste with various flavors, and if you take the risk, you can decorate it. The truth is that it is not difficult at all, I will show you step by step how to make the vanilla cake so you can get a fluffy and delicious cake in the first try, join me:


Ingredientes:


 1 kl de Harina con leudante
 1 kl de Azúcar
 600 gr de Mantequilla
 10 huevos
 1 taza de leche
 1 cucharita de vainilla
 1 cucharita d polvo de hornear.


Ingredients:


1 kl of flour with leavening agent
1 kl of sugar
600 gr of butter
10 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking powder.




Paso a paso / Step by Step:


Paso 1: Entonces manos a la obra! Empezamos con la mantequilla, colocamos los 600gr en la batidora y batimos por unos 3 minutos, a este proceso se le conoce como cremar la mantequilla, pasado el tiempo vemos si el color de la misma es más blanquecino, cuando este en este punto le incorporamos el azúcar en forma de lluvia y poco a poco. Debes tener en cuenta que la mantequilla este a temperatura ambiente para obtener mejores resultados.

You must take into account that the butter should be at room temperature to obtain better results.










Paso 2: En este paso vamos a ir agregando los huevos uno a uno de manera que se integren a la mezcla, cuando ya tengas una mezcla homogénea añadimos la cucharadita de vainilla.

Step 2: In this step we are going to add the eggs one by one so that they are integrated into the mixture, when you have a homogeneous mixture add the teaspoon of vanilla.







Paso 3: Seguidamente tamizamos la harina y el polvo de hornear, con ayuda de una paleta de madera vamos a ir mezclando de forma envolvente y con mucho cariño la harina con la mezcla anterior y añadimos la leche poco a poco. Recuerda mezclar lentamente para que al momento de la cocción la torta suba y tenga una consistencia esponjosa.

Paso 4: En este paso vamos a preparar el molde, utilizare una tortera circular de un kilo, lo untamos con mantequilla y harina para evitar se pegue la torta.

Step 4: In this step we will prepare the mold, I will use a circular cake pan of one kilo, we grease it with butter and flour to prevent the cake from sticking.







Paso 5: Aquí simplemente agregamos la mezcla al molde y listo, precalentamos el horno a 180 C y llevamos nuestra mezcla al horno, durante unos 45 minutos, el tiempo de cocción dependerá de tu horno, simplemente no la pierdas de vista y cuando sientas que está listo introduce un palillo en el centro de la torta hasta que salga sin resto.

Step 5: Here we simply add the mixture to the mold and ready, preheat the oven to 180 C and take our mixture to the oven for about 45 minutes, the cooking time will depend on your oven, just keep an eye on it and when you feel it is ready, insert a toothpick in the center of the cake until it comes out without residue.






Paso 6: Para finalizar solo nos queda sacar la torta de vainilla del horno, esperar se enfrié para desmoldar y listo ya podrás disfrutar en familia. Y si te arriesgas a decorar puedes espolvorear con azúcar glass, y te diré que será solo el comienzo, el mundo de la repostería es inmenso.

Step 6: Finally, just take the vanilla cake out of the oven, wait until it cools down to unmold it and then you can enjoy it with your family. And if you risk to decorate you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, and I will tell you that it will be just the beginning, the world of pastry is immense.
