Greetings friends lovers of good food! Today I would like to review the visit I made with my family to a pizzeria with a relaxed atmosphere, first class service and the best pizza in the Venezuelan capital, I'm talking about Sótano 7 by Victor Porfidio La Castellana. Come with me to know the place!
We arrived and the entrance was very fresh with an exhibition of ornamental plants and rustic lamps, which I personally loved.
We asked for a table, there were several members of my family so the varied menu could satisfy all tastes, including mine without sausages.
The service was first class, the waiter was very attentive and did not neglect the table for a moment.
In all the branches they have a similar style and the best thing is that they maintain the flavor and service, so that it is the same experience for the customer in each of their establishments.
Each of the pizzas is exquisite. The edges come filled with mozzarella cheese and the dough is soft with a very delicious flavor. I love the flavors, they are fresh and with whatever additives you want.
At some tables there were bottles of wine, in case you go with a group that is a drinker the waiter comes to the table to make the recommendation of the house.
Good background music to enjoy. The grill for the wood-fired pizzas with that special touch of the embers. The truth was that I enjoyed every moment in this place.
I enjoyed the company of my family in a modern, pleasant atmosphere and above all with the best pizza in the area. So I recommend you to visit Sótano 7 by Victor Porfidio in the Venezuelan capital city.

¡Saludos amigos amantes de la buena comida! Hoy me gustaría reseñar la visita que hice con mi familia a una pizzería con un ambiente relajado, atención de primera y la mejor pizza de la capital venezolana, les hablo de Sótano 7 by Victor Porfidio La Castellana. Acompáñenme a conocer el lugar!
Llegamos y la entrada muy fresca con una exhibición de plantas tan ornamentales y lámparas rusticas, que en lo personal, me encantaron.
Pedimos una mesa, estabamos varios miembros de mi familia por lo que el menú variado pudo satisfacer todos los gustos, incluido el mio sin embutidos.
La atención fue de primera, el mesonero fue muy atento y no descuidó la mesa ni un momento.
En todas las sucursales tienen un estilo parecido y lo mejor es que mantienen el sabor y el servicio, de manera que sea la misma experiencia para el cliente en cada uno de sus establecimientos.
Cada una de las pizzas es exquisita. Los bordes vienen rellenos de queso mozzarella y la masa es suave y con un sabor muy delicioso. Me encantan los sabores, son frescos y con los aditivos que se desee.
En algunas mesas habían botellas de vino, en casao de ir con un grupo que sea bebedor el mesero se acerca a la mesa a hacer la recomendación de la casa.
La buena música de fondo para disfrutar. La parrilla para las pizzas a la leña con ese toque especial de la brasa. La verdad fue que disfruté de cada momento en este lugar.
Disfruté de la compañía de mi familia en un ambiente moderno, agradable y sobretodo con la mejor pizza de toda la zona. Asi que les recomiendo visitar el Sótano 7 by Victor Porfidio en la ciudad Capital venezolana.
