✳✳✳Sandwich de Pernil✳✳✳

Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren bien, quiero compartir con ustedes este Sandwich que prepare hoy con las sobras de pernil de nuestra cena navideña, este bocadillo es muy popular en nuestro país, la receta original es con pan canilla o campesino, pero yo lo sustituí con pan de hamburguesa que es lo que tenia en casa:

Hello friends, I hope you are well, I want to share with you this sandwich that I prepared today with the leftover pork leg from our Christmas dinner, this sandwich is very popular in our country, the original recipe is with pan canilla or peasant bread, but I replaced it with hamburger bread which is what I had at home:

Preparar este sandwich es muy sencillo y los ingredientes que necesite casi siempre los tenemos en nuestra despensa, yo utilice: pernil de cerdo, pan de hamburguesa, salsa, mayonesa, mostaza, papitas y tomate, me gusta con lechuga pero no tenia en mi nevera:

Preparing this sandwich is very simple and the ingredients needed are almost always in our pantry, I used: pork leg, hamburger bun, salsa, mayonnaise, mustard, chips and tomato, I like it with lettuce but I didn't have any in my fridge:

Lo primero que hice fue cortar el pan, luego agregue salsa de tomate, mayonesa y mostaza:

The first thing I did was to cut the bread, then I added ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard:

Luego agregue unas rodajas de tomate, seguido del pernil que previamente recalente en una sarten:

Then add some tomato slices, followed by the pork leg previously reheated in a frying frying pan:

Por último agregue las papitas

Finally, add the potatoes

Al agregar todos los ingredientes, cerre mi sandwich y lo lleve a un budare para tostarlo por ambos lados:

Once all the ingredients were added, I closed my sandwich and took it to a baking pan to toast it on both sides:

Y a Comer este rico Sandwich
