Ricos nachos caseros[Esp-Eng]

Feliz noche de domingo amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive desde hace tiempo quería preparar unos nachos y de verdad es una receta bien fácil y de pocos ingredientes, yo la prepare con los ingredientes que tenía en casa y es muy rápida de preparar de verdad que acompañados de una buena salsa son un rico pasapalo en cualquier fiesta o compartir con familiares y amigos.

Happy Sunday night friends of this beautiful community of Foodies Bee Hive, I have wanted to prepare some nachos for a long time and it really is a very easy recipe with few ingredients. I prepared it with the ingredients I had at home and it is very quick to prepare. It is true that accompanied by a good sauce they are a delicious pastry at any party or to share with family and friends.

Ingredientes.
1 taza de harina de maiz
1 taza de harina de trigo
1 cucharada de aceite
1/3 de taza de agua
Cúrcuma al gusto
Curry al gusto
Pimienta al gusto
Picante opcional
Sal al gusto
Oregano al gusto
Aceite cantidad necesaria.

PROCEDIMIENTO.
Se echa la taza de harina de maíz , luego la de harina de trigo, la cucharada de aceite, la sal, Cúrcuma, curry, pimienta y el picante se mezcla bien y se le agrega el agua y se amasa bien.

Procedure.

Cuando esta bien amasada se pone sobre el mesón y con la mano se desliza la masa sobre el mesón, cuando la tenga en forma de cilindro la pica por la mitad, se reserva la otra mitad.

Con un rodillo se estira la mitad de la masa y se va moviendo para que no se pegue en el mesón cuando este bien estirada se le cortan los bordes se pican cuadritos y los cuadritos en triángulos, se van poniendo en un plato, luego se estira la otra mitad y se repite el mismo procedimiento, hasta acabar la masa salen muchos nachos.

Se pone un sartén a la candela con suficiente aceite, echamos uno y si esta caliente se echa una parte y se va moviendo para que se cocinen uniformes los nachos se abomban y se ven bien lindos, pero si no les gusta que se abomben pinchen la masa con un tenedor, se dejan freír bien se sacan y se escurren en un colador de espaguetti y listo, yo los acompañe con un Chili picante que hice.
