5 Healthy Whole Food Plant Based Sauces

Hallo Beautiful people of Earth and welcome to this post!
Keep your mind open and lets explore what I have been doing a little bit over the past few weeks.

Getting Started

I have a powerful Blender, its the SandStrøm Nutriblender with 900 W, so it can blend ice. A powerful blender like this is not really needed, but a blender is needed.

There really isn't anything else there is "needed" to make this besides the ingredients 😜

Number Uno - The Brown Daddy

Feel your body getting filled up with copious amount of Nutrition with this simple brown mushroom sauce!

Main Ingredients:

200 - 250g of Brown Regular Mushrooms
1 Whole red deseeded pepper
200ml of Rice Cream
(I don't know how hard this can be to find in other parts of the world)
A little Splash of Hot water, not much

Spices for taste:

1 - 3 Gloves of Garlic (You do not want it to be overpowering)
5g of Onion Powder (I don't know if it was specifically 5g)
Pinch of Smoked Paprika
Pinch of Cummin
A good amount of Pepper
Salt to taste

Thats all. This cocktail of taste will smack you in the face and elevate your food experience

Number Dos - The Purple Cream

This Nutritious Cream is a lookalike with its brother Hummus, but its not quite Hummus, but close! :D

Main Ingredients:

1 Can(240g) of Chickpeas precooked (If you hydrate your chickpeas yourself, then its 100g dry Chickpeas for 240-250g of cooked chickpeas)
1 medium sized Beetroot (Not peeled, a lot of the Nutrition is in the peel, just wash it)
Hot water

Spices for taste:

I don't have the measurements for this, so I would stay do it to your own liking.

Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cummin
Pepper
Salt

This mixed wasn't as powerful in taste like the other, it was a little bit bitter from the raw Beetroot.

Number Tres - The Green/Red DareDevil

This was the first one I made which inspired me to continue to try and make different ones :D

Main Ingredients:

1 Can(240g) of Chickpeas precooked (If you hydrate your chickpeas yourself, then its 100g dry Chickpeas for 240-250g of cooked chickpeas)
1 Red Pepper
1 Cube of Vegetable Broth (Its in Cube form where I am from)
Hot water

Spices for taste:

I don't have the measurements for this, so I would stay do it to your own liking.

Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Pepper
Salt

I can see that I have used kinda similar spices for these 3 sauce and I am going to try something else soon.

Why?

This honestly started because I have been feeling that I wasn't recovering fast enough if I had been doing something hard (not like a workout), so it was a bit weird and curious to me and I feel like I can fix almost anything via my diet, so thats the first place I made changes or add such.

So by making these sauce my overall dish became more healthy and add more nutrition + more protein. So that was the reason, so lets see if that can "fix" my recovery :D

P.s The names of these Sauces are just me having fun, don't hate me for it
