Feliz noche amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, está noche les traigo el paso a paso de unas deliciosas chuletas ahumadas en salsa de naranja. Hoy mi mamá salió a comprar algunas cosas al supermercado y trajo estás chuletas y dije las haré en salsa de naranja y la verdad es que quedan realmente deliciosas además que son muy fáciles de preparar.

Happy night friends of Foodies Bee Hive, tonight I bring you the step by step of some delicious smoked chops in orange sauce. Today my mom went out to buy some things at the supermarket and she brought these chops and I said I will make them in orange sauce and the truth is that they are really delicious and they are also very easy to prepare.

Para realizar esta receta necesitamos:

  • 2 chuletas ahumadas grandes.
  • 1 naranja (pelamos y sacamos los gajos de naranja.
  • 1/2 taza de jugo de naranja.
  • 3 cucharadas de azúcar.
  • 1 cucharada de mantequilla.
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite.
  • 1/2 cebolla.
  • 2 dientes de ajo.
  • sal.
  • pimienta.
  • 1 cucharada de mostaza.

To make this recipe we need:

  • 2 large smoked chops.
  • 1 orange (peel and remove the orange segments.
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice.
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon butter.
  • 3 oil tablespoons.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard.

En un sartén agregamos la mantequilla, el aceite y la azúcar cocinamos hasta que se ponga un poco marrón.

In a pan add the butter, oil and sugar and cook until it turns a little brown.

Las chuletas ahumadas le agregamos sal y pimienta.

Ahora agregamos las chuletas en lo que preparamos anteriormente.

Now we add the chops in what we prepared earlier.

Ahora agregamos la media cebolla y los dientes de ajo. Cortamos todo muy finamente.

Now add the half onion and the garlic cloves. We cut everything very finely.

Así van quedando nuestras chuletas ahumadas.

Ahora agregamos la media taza de jugo de naranja.

Now we add the half cup of orange juice.

Y ahora agregamos la cucharada de mostaza y dejamos que esto reduzca un poco.

And now we add the tablespoon of mustard and let this reduce a little bit.

Por último agregamos los gajos de naranja y retiramos las chuletas del fuego.

Finally add the orange segments and remove the chops from the heat.
