Receta de Donas 🍩 paso a paso [ESP-ENG]

Hoy hicimos unas deliciosas donas para decorar una torta y les traigo el paso a paso. Son realmente deliciosas y lo mejor es que podemos decorarlas con lo que se nos ocurra y hacer combinaciones deliciosas.

  • Today we made some delicious donuts to decorate a cake and I bring you the step by step. They are really delicious and the best thing is that we can decorate them with whatever comes to mind and make delicious combinations.

Para hacer las donas necesitamos:
200 ml de leche.
15 gr de levadura.
100 gr de azúcar.
80 gr de mantequilla.
1 huevo.
500gr de harina de trigo.

  • To make the donuts we need:
    200 ml of milk.
    15 gr of yeast.
    100 gr of sugar.
    80 gr of butter.
    1 egg.
    500gr of wheat flour.

Para comenzar debemos calentar un poco la leche pero no demasiado. Solo un poco para que nos permita activar la levadura.

  • To start we must heat the milk a little but not too much. Just a little to allow us to activate the yeast.

Después que calentamos la leche le agregamos la azucar, la levadura y una cucharada de harina de trigo y tapamos esta mezcla. Dejamos reposar por 15 minutos.

  • After we heat the milk we add the sugar, the yeast and a tablespoon of wheat flour and cover this mixture. We let it rest for 15 minutes.

Así debe verse nuestra levadura para saber que esta en buen estado. Y que tendremos una buena masa.

  • This is how our yeast should look to know that it is in good condition. And that we will have a good dough.

Luego agregamos la harina de trigo, el huevo, la mantequilla y la mezcla de la levadura y comenzamos a amasar hasta tener nuestra masa lista.

  • Then we add the wheat flour, the egg, the butter and the yeast mixture and we begin to knead until we have our dough ready.

Lo ideal es amasar de 10 a 15 minutos nuestra masa. Para luego dejarla reposar por lo menos 30 minutos y que esta doble su tamaño.

  • The ideal is to knead our dough for 10 to 15 minutes. Then let it rest for at least 30 minutes and double its size.

Estiramos la masa y con los cortantes sacamos nuestras donas. También debemos dejarlas reposar media hora y luego están listas para freír.

  • We stretch the dough and with the cutters we take out our donuts. We must also let them rest for half an hour and then they are ready to fry.

Las freimos y ya están listas para cubrirlas.
