Te enseño como hago esta torta marmoleada 🎂 paso a paso [ESP-ENG]

Hoy hice una torta bastante grande. Al vender tortas hay pedidos de todo tipo y hoy hice esta torta en memoria de una abuela, que murió el día de su cumpleaños y quería una torta para celebrar su cumpleaños. Y pues su nieta cumplió su ultimo deseo y tuvo una torta bella.

  • Today I made a pretty big cake. When selling cakes there are orders of all kinds and today I made this cake in memory of a grandmother, who died on her birthday and wanted a cake to celebrate her birthday. And so her granddaughter fulfilled her last wish and she had a beautiful cake.

Esta torta fue una torta marmoleada con mucho merengue italiano y por aquí les dejare todos los materiales que necesitamos para hacer una deliciosa torta marmoleada:

  • 15 huevos.
  • 5 tazas de azúcar.
  • 2 1/2 tazas de mantequilla.
  • 1 kg de harina de trigo.
  • 2 1/2 tazas de leche.
  • 100 gr de cacao en polvo.
  • ralladura de naranja.


  • This cake was a marbled cake with a lot of Italian meringue and here I will leave you all the materials we need to make a delicious marbled cake:

  • 15 eggs.

  • 5 cups of sugar.

  • 2 1/2 cups of butter.

  • 1 kg of wheat flour.

  • 2 1/2 cups of milk.

  • 100 gr of cocoa powder.

  • Orange zest.

Comenzamos cremando la mantequilla con la azúcar. Mi mamá siempre me ayuda con esta parte de las tortas.


  • We start by creaming the butter with the sugar. My mom always helps me with this part of the cakes.

Luego de cremar bien la mantequilla y la azúcar, agregamos todas las yemas y continuamos batiendo hasta que todo se integre bien.



  • After creaming the butter and sugar well, add all the yolks and continue beating until everything is well integrated.

Poco a poco vamos agregando la harina de trigo y la leche hasta que agreguemos todo.


  • Little by little we are adding the wheat flour and milk until we add everything.

Por ultimo agregamos las claras. Ya que cuando agregamos las yemas. Las claras las separamos y las batimos con la mitad de la azúcar yo hago esto siempre para que nuestra torta quede mucho mas esponjosa.



  • Finally we add the whites. Since when we add the yolks. We separate the whites and beat them with half the sugar. I always do this so that our cake is much more fluffy.


De nuestra mezcla la dividimos en dos partes. Y a una le agregamos ralladura de naranja y a la otra le agregamos el cacao en polvo.



  • We divide our mixture into two parts. And to one we add orange zest and to the other we add cocoa powder.


Cuando nuestras mezclas están listas las vamos agregando en nuestro molde primero una capa de naranja y luego otra de chocolate hasta que coloquemos toda la mezcla.


  • When our mixtures are ready, we add them to our mold first a layer of orange and then another of chocolate until we place all the mixture.

Y nuestra torta esta lista para ir al horno. La torta estuvo una hora y media en el horno ya que era una torta bastante grande.

  • And our cake is ready to go in the oven. The cake was in the oven for an hour and a half since it was a fairly large cake.

Cuando la torta estuvo lista la coloque en el vidrio donde la iba a entregar. Comence a decorarla con mucho merengue blanco y luego algunas rosetas moradas.


  • When the cake was ready I placed it in the glass where I was going to deliver it. I started decorating it with lots of white meringue and then some purple rosettes.


Las tortas marmoleadas se han convertido en una de las favoritas de mis clientes.

  • Marbled cakes have become one of my clients' favorites.

Creo que la torta se veía mucho mejor sin el escrito arriba, pues creo que no soy muy buena escribiendo en las tortas. Pero así era el pedido de mi amiga. Creo que se hubiese visto mejor con algunas rosetas mas. Todos los que me conocen de hace mucho tiempo saben que amo decorar las tortas con rosetas y bueno desde que tome clases siento que el merengue queda mucho mejor.


  • I think the cake looked much better without the writing above, as I think I'm not very good at writing on cakes. But that was my friend's request. I think it would have looked better with a few more rosettes. Everyone who has known me for a long time knows that I love decorating the cakes with rosettes and well, since I took classes I feel that the meringue is much better.
