Feliz noche amigos de Foodies Bee Hive. Hoy comenzamos la semana con un postre, mi mamá compro todos los materiales ya que quería que hiciéramos una torta de pan. Está torta es una de las tortas más fáciles de hacer pero es muy deliciosa y a mi mamá le gusta mucho. Así que estuvo muy feliz de hacer está torta.
Happy night friends of Foodies Bee Hive. Today we start the week with a dessert, my mom bought all the materials since she wanted us to make a bread cake. This cake is one of the easiest cakes to make but it is very delicious and my mom likes it a lot. So she was very happy to make this cake.
Para preparar está torta necesitamos:
- pan.
- 1 1/2 taza de leche.
- 1 lata de leche condensada.
- 1/2 taza de uvas pasas.
- ron al gusto.
- azúcar.
- agua.
To prepare this cake we need:
- bread.
- 1 1/2 cup of milk.
- 1 can of condensed milk.
- 1/2 cup of raisins.
- rum to taste.
- sugar.
- water.
Comenzamos colocando el pan en un recipiente donde prepararemos la mezcla. A este pan le colocaremos la leche.
We start by placing the bread in a container where we will prepare the mixture. We will add the milk to this bread.
Una vez el pan hidratado lo vamos a desmoronar más.
Once the hydrated bread we are going to crumble it more.
Las uvas pasas las vamos a colocar en un recipiente y le vamos a colocar un poco de ron las dejaremos un rato en este recipiente para que se hidraten y agarren un poco del sabor del ron.
We are going to place the raisins in a container and we are going to put a little rum in it. We will leave them in this container for a while so that they hydrate and take on a bit of the rum flavor.
Cuando ya tenemos el pan bien hidratado con la leche vamos a agregar toda la leche condensada esto aportara todo el dulce que nuestra torta necesita.
When we already have the bread well hydrated with the milk, we are going to add all the condensed milk, this will provide all the sweetness that our cake needs.
Ahora vamos a agregar las uvas pasas y el ron dónde las estabamos hidratando.
Now we are going to add the raisins and the rum where we were hydrating them.
Queríamos que la torta tenga más sabor a ron y agregamos un poco más.
We wanted the cake to have more of a rum flavor and we added a bit more.
Aquí ya tenemos la mezcla de nuestra torta de pan lista.
Here we already have the mixture of our bread cake ready.
Con el azúcar y un poco de agua vamos a preparar un caramelo, el caramelo lo hago directamente en el molde donde haremos la torta.
With the sugar and a little water we are going to prepare a caramel, I make the caramel directly in the mold where we will make the cake.
Ya con el caramelo listo en el molde agregamos la mezcla de la torta y llevamos al horno.
With the caramel ready in the mold, add the cake mix and take it to the oven.
Luego de una hora sacamos la torta del horno y dejamos que enfríe y desmoldamos nuestra torta.
After an hour we take the cake out of the oven and let it cool and unmold our cake.
Dejamos enfriar nuestra torta en la nevera por algunas horas y podemos cortar la torta. Es una torta basta te sencilla de preparar pero es muy deliciosa.
We let our cake cool in the fridge for a few hours and we can cut the cake. It is a fairly simple cake to prepare but it is very delicious.
