Ingredientes:

Carne molida
Pimentón
Cebolla
Cebollín
Onoto molido
Sal
Ajo

Ingredients:
Ground beef
Peppers
Onion
chives
ground onoto
Salt
Garlic

Preparación:

Preparation:

Añadimos la carne en una sartén, colocamos al fuego y añadimos sal. Dejamos sellar.

Add the meat to a frying pan, place on the heat and add salt. We let seal.

Mientras la carne está al fuego cortamos nuestros aliños. Seguidamente lo agregamos a la carne que está al fuego.

Después añadimos el onoto, bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocinar. Una vez listo retiramos del fuego.

Servimos con pasta y un poco de cebollín picado. Buen provecho
