Hola mis panitas feliz inicio de semana tengan todos, una vez más me paseó por aquí para poder compartir con todos ustedes la preparación de un delicioso pollo sudado con cebolla y pimentón rojo acompañado de arroz, frijol amarillo y plátanos fritos este plato es una muy buena alternativa ya que nos va a proporcionar a través del frijol y del pollo las proteínas, les invito a que me acompañen y no se pierden el paso a paso de esta receta.

Preparación:
Procedemos a picar el pollo en diferentes piezas seguidamente lo echamos a un caldero y lo ponemos al fuego a sofreír con un poquito de aceite luego pelar y triturar los ajos le agregamos un poquito de cebollín, orégano, color y sal al gusto debemos poner tapar y poner en cocción a fuego medio hasta lograr qué los aliños se cristalicen, se concentren los sabores y obtener una salsa medianamente espesa para continuar pelar/picar los plátanos en Julianas grandes seguidamente vamos a echar a freír en una sartén precalentada con suficiente aceite volteando y retirando del fuego cuando ya esté doraditos y cosidas y al tener esto listo vamos a proceder a servir nuestro plato acompañándolo con nuestro tradicional arroz blanco y unos frijoles amarillos guisados que nos había quedado de un anterior almuerzo, presentándole de tal manera como les presento los diferentes collages fotográficos.
