in Foodies Bee Hive2 years ago

A fuego mediano.

ENGLISH

Hello friends, how are you? After a few weeks I'm back here at Hive.

This time I bring you a recipe that has no name, and is rather a proposal to make delicious food with what we have available in the kitchen.

img_20211202_151139.jpg

The ingredients are:
4 medium potatoes
1 large plantain
2 breasts
Salt to taste
Garlic sauce to taste
Olive oil
Oregano to taste
Butter

This recipe is for two people and cooking time in 30 mins.

Procedure:

Clean the potatoes well and leave the skin on, cut into squares. Put the potatoes in a pot with water and add a little salt. Over medium heat.
When they are ready, shake off the water and then put them in a pot to fry, add olive oil, the potatoes and oregano, stir until the potatoes are a little golden brown.

The large plantain is chopped in two without removing the peel but cutting the tips and then put them in water to parboil them, this at low heat for a few minutes.
We know it is ready when we prick them and it is soft. Shake off the water and remove the skins.

Add salt and garlic sauce to the two chicken breasts.
Heat the griddle and add butter, stretch the breasts and wait a few minutes to turn them over and over until they are ready.

When everything is ready, serve! I like the plantain with butter and a little bit of cheese, this is a personal taste, I just tell you in case you want to try it that way. That day the different flavors that mixed in my mouth left me wanting to repeat this dish that still has no name hehe. Do you have any ideas to name this dish?

I would love to read a name from you to name the dish and if it's fun, all the better.
See you in the next post!

To me, it looks like "Fried Potatoes With Tender Chicken N Plantain" pretty delicious and i would love to relish it either with boiled rice or quinoa, garnished with cilantro, scallions and grated carrots.

Yes, that's right! I'm going to write down what you add to the dish to try it with those flavors.
