How To Cut a Whole Chicken Into 8 Pieces

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

Hello friends,
Chicken is the most commonly consumed animal protein. The price is cheaper than other animal proteins, namely beef and fish.
If we go to the supermarket, chicken meat is usually packaged per body part. For example, 1 pack per kg contains all chicken thighs, 1 pack per kg contains all wings, 1 pack of breast fillet, and so on.
What if we want to buy a whole chicken cut into parts? In developing countries, there are traditional markets where the seller is willing to cut the whole chicken into small pieces according to our wishes. But in developed countries, such facilities are not easily available. It was because of this difficulty that several years ago I finally learned how to cut a whole chicken, which turned out to be not as difficult as I thought.
In this video, I will show you how to dissect a chicken into 8 pieces.
Another advantage of dissecting the chicken ourselves is, we get chicken meat at a cheaper price. The price of a whole chicken per kg is cheaper than chicken in the form of pieces and sold per pack.
In addition, if we buy free-range chicken, usually this chicken is sold as a whole, rarely in pieces. In this case, we can apply the skill of dissecting the chicken.
Hopefully, this video will be useful
