Boal Fish Curry recipe || Bengali Fish curry

Hello friends, today I cooked Boal fish. It takes a good test to eat this boal fish with potatoes. Although it is better to eat fried fish. Anyway, I am sharing this recipe with you today.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boal fish.
  • 3 potatoes.
  • 2 onions & garlic.
  • 6 raw chillies.
  • Panchphoron.
  • Mustard oil.
  • 3 tablespoons salt.
  • 4 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:

Step 01:
First I cut the fish, wash it well with water and put it in a container.

Step 02:
I peel the potatoes. After peeling, I cut it, wash it with water and put it in a container.

Step 03:
I leave the onion & garlic peels. After peeling, I cut the onion and put it in a bowl with garlic.

Step 04:
I cut the raw chillies, wash them with water and put them in a bowl.

Step 05:
Put salt and turmeric on the fish and fry it well and put it in a pot.

Step 06:
I fry the potatoes like red and put them in a pot.

Step 07:
I fry onion and garlic like red.

Step 08:
Panchphoron fry a little.

Step 09:
Serve with fried potatoes, onions & garlic and raw chilli in Panchphoron. Add salt and turmeric.

Step 10:
I mix everything well together.

Step 11:
When it is mixed, add water in it.

Step 12:
When the water boils a little, I put the fried fish in it. Wait 10 minutes for the curry to cook well. After 10 minutes of cooking, turn off the oven and spread the fried spices on top of the curry.

Step 13:
Finally I put some curry in a container to eat.
