Saludos queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, feliz fin de semana para todos; el día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta de chicharrones de cerdo. Mi hermano es fanatico a comer cerdo y por eso quise hacerle unos la tarde de hoy que los disfrutara. Son muy sencillos de hacer a continuación te muestro el paso a paso.

Greetings dear friends of Foodies Bee Hive, happy weekend to all; today I bring you a delicious recipe for pork cracklings. My brother is a fan of eating pork and that's why I wanted to make some for him today afternoon so he could enjoy them. They are very simple to do below I show you the step by step.

Ingredientes:

500 gramos de piel de cerdo
Oregano
Agua
Ajo
Sal

Ingredients:
500 grams of pork skin
Oregano
Water
Garlic
Salt

Preparación:

Preparation:

Cortamos la piel del cerdo en cuadros.

Cut the pork skin into squares.

Luego llevamos una sartén al fuego añadimos un poco de agua, seguidamente la piel de cerdo, el oregano, la sal y el ajo. Dejamos cocinar.

Then we take a pan to the fire and add a little water, then the pork skin, oregano, salt and garlic. We let cook.

Cuando se este secando el agua bajamos el fuego y dejamos freír.

When the water is drying, lower the heat and let it fry.

Luego servimos con las tradicionales arepas y a comer.

Then we serve with the traditional arepas and eat.
