Saludos mis queridos amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, es para mi un placer estar estar nuevamente con todos ustedes. El día de hoy les traigo un delicioso Atún en Salsa de Tomate, esta sabrosa comida la hice para mi almuerzo. Podemos complementar con arroz, papas, plátano o con el acompañante de nuestra preferencia. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación les muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.
Greetings my dear friends of Foodies Bee Hive, it is my pleasure to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious Tuna in Tomato Sauce, I made this tasty meal for my lunch. We can complement with rice, potatoes, banana or with the companion of our preference. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.
• 500 gramos de atún en filet
• 20 gramos de ajíes dulces rojos
• 130 gramos de cebolla blanca
• 390 gramos de tomate
• Jugo de medio limón
• 11 dientes de ajo pequeños
• 1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida
• 4 cucharadas de aceite
• 1/2 cucharadita de sal
Ingredients:
• 500 grams of tuna fillet
• 20 grams of red sweet peppers
• 130 grams of white onion
• 390 grams of tomato
• Juice of half a lemon
• 11 small garlic cloves
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 4 tablespoons of oil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Step by step:
Vamos a iniciar nuestra preparación lavando muy bien el pescado. Luego vamos a agregarle el jugo de limón, la sal y pimienta. Con ayuda de las manos vamos a esparcirlos por todo el pescado.
We are going to start our preparation by washing the fish very well. Then we are going to add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. With the help of our hands we are going to spread them all over the fish.
Seguidamente colocamos una sartén al fuego, agregamos el aceite y una vez caliente añadimos el pescado para freirlo. Una vez dorado por la parte inferior volteamos para que se cocine por el otro lado. Al estar cocido por ambos lados retiramos del fuego y disponemos en un plato.
Next we put a frying pan on the fire, add the oil and once hot add the fish to fry it. Once golden on the bottom, turn over so that it cooks on the other side. When it is cooked on both sides, we remove it from the heat and arrange it on a plate.
Ahora vamos a lavar los tomates, cebollas y ajíes muy bien. Después cortamos en trozos grandes.
Now we are going to wash the tomatoes, onions and chili peppers very well. Then we cut into large pieces.
Incorporamos los aliños a la licuadora; incluyendo los ajo (a este solo le hemos quitado la concha) con un poco de agua para que se nos facilite licuar. Licuamos por varios minutos hasta que se trituren por completo, ya que hemos agregado el tomate con semillas y piel. Nos debe quedar como se ve en la imagen.
Add the dressings to the blender; including the garlic (we have only removed the shell from this one) with a little water to make it easier for us to blend. We blend for several minutes until they are completely crushed, since we have added the tomato with seeds and skin. It should fit us as seen in the image.
Una vez que hemos licuado los aliños vamos a encender el fuego y colocamos la misma sartén donde hemos frito el pescado y añadimos el licuado. Dejamos cocinar hasta que haya evaporado un poco el agua para luego agregar el pescado frito. Cocinamos a fuego medio.
Once we have blended the seasonings, we are going to light the fire and place the same pan where we have fried the fish and add the blend. Let cook until the water has evaporated a bit and then add the fried fish. We cook over medium heat.
Cuando veamos que la preparación se ha vuelto una salsa retiramos del fuego y ya estara listo nuestro Atún en Salsa de Tomate.
When we see that the preparation has become a sauce, we remove it from the heat and our Tuna in Tomato Sauce will be ready.
Servimos en un plato con la salsa de tomate. Luego adornamos con unas hojas de perejil y ya podemos disfrutar del sabor de este delicioso Atún en Salsa de Tomate.
We serve on a plate with the tomato sauce. Then we garnish with some parsley leaves and we can already enjoy the flavor of this delicious Tuna in Tomato Sauce.
