La media noche es tranquilamente, una de las horas en las que mas veces me ha tocado venir de trabajo a mi casa, afortunadamente ya para esa hora, estoy prácticamente llegando a mi hogar, no obstante, muchas veces me ha pasado durante este ultimo mes, que el hambre, va haciendo un pequeño acto de presencia, sobretodo en esos días agotadores como lo fue ayer, no obstante, solo ayer fue que tuve suerte, ya que este hermano, tuvo el gesto de esperar hasta estas horas conociendo ya que vendría si o si a preguntar y evidemente a comprar uno de ss perrtios, ya que bueno, en días pasados, trataba de llegar al puesto a tiempo, pero me lo encontraba lamentablemente cerrado, cosa en cierta forma cómica, pues era una casualidad que casi siempre era yo llegando y el a punto de cerrar jajaj pero esta fue no fue el caso y por fin pude darle una oportunidad a estos Hot dogs.

Para acompañar la ocasión, también me di el gusto comprarme una brahman, una cerveza relativamente cara, pero muy popular aquí en brasil, según tengo entendido, de las mejores marcas que hay por aquí, la verdad también tenia un antojo algo particular de una cerveza bien fría, son este tipo de gustos que uno necesita darse después de estar algo quemado del trabajo, o de solo enfocarse en trabajar durante tanto tiempo, para mi fortuna invertir un poco en esto no representaba un gran desembolso de dinero, como si lo hubiese sido en otras circunstancias.

Si bien estos perritos no vienen presentado a como estados acostumbrados en Venezuela, si puedo decir que es un interesante mixto entre lo que seria un perro y una hamburguesa, pues conserva mas o menos el tamaño de esta ultimo, pero en su relleno va todo lo que lleva el mencionado hot dog, su mayor punto fuerte, no obstante, es en eso ultimo, el sabor es excelsior, un digno oponente de perro especial venezolano, aunque, tal vez por nostalgia o por preferencia, siguen gustándome mas los perros de mi tierra, pero estos, no están nada mal mi gente, definitivamente el brasilero también tiene sus buenos gustos culinarios y sus propias costumbres bien adaptables a cualquier que las quiera experimentar, por i parte, me voy contento con esta experiencia de ayer :) bastante recomendados.
