Today, i'm gonna share u... Hmm... Recipe maybe? Oh well, how many times have i posted about the recipes? I didn't count them, hahaha.
I've made one of Indonesian street food. It's called "JaSuKe", or in English u can call it "Cheesy-milky corn". Making it is very easy and simple. It's only need 3 ingredients. Okay, okay, i don't wanna write a lot of useless words anymore. So, let's go ahead to the recipe!
- A cob of sweet corn
- Condensed milk
- Cheddar cheese
- Water for boiling
Firstly, wash the corn and cut the kernels from the cob.
Then put the kernels into the pan. Add enough water and boil them for 15-20 minutes.
After boiling, drain the corn and then put them in a bowl.
Pour the condensed milk.
Mix them well.
After that, add the grated chedar cheese.
U can add more condensed milk on the top if u want.
And finally, the cheesy-milky corn is ready to serve!
It's really easy, right? Enjoy!

Our grandmother used to cook a similar dish for us, but that was corn is water, with sugar added. This dish looks great. maybe I'll try it next year.
