Yes, exactly! Scientific nomenclature is based on Latin, with lots of Greek added in too. Now there are also lots of names that have been assimilated from other languages as well. The system lets you know the systematics and taxonomy. It's extremely helpful! Yes, also that! I've had a very close and deep relationship with plants all my life, so yes, I've learned a huge amount! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
