Hello everyone, all of us loves to eat different kinds of snacks and other foods. We have the tastes, and likes of the food and snacks we eat. Some of the snacks is made very simple and easy.
My post for tonight is all about banana fritter snacks. I want to share the few steps on how to cook banana fritter. The ingredients of this kind of snack is not expensive and only few ingredients, and these are;
Wheat flour
Brown or white sugar
Banana
Cooking oil
Margarine (optional)
Here's How To Cook:
First, pell all the banana an put it in a clean tupperware or plate. Make sure that the banana is clean when handling and remove all the dirt and any damage surfaces if there is.
Add the wheat flour. Make sure that it contains a right amount of wheat flour and it is better to measure it using with measuring cups.
By handling a food, make sure that our hands is clean before handling any foods, squeezed the banana and wheat flour. Mixed them properly to balance its taste.
Add the white or brown sugar. Mixed it again properly to balance the sweet taste.
Put some right amount of oil in the plate and rubbed it. This will help for not sticking in the plate when we put the fritter.
With using spoon, get the right amount of banana fritter and mold it into circle. The right size of circle helps to have a good output.
Heat the cooking oil in the fried pan and if it is hot, fried it. The reason of heating the cooking oil before frying it is to prevent on sticking in the pan.
Fried it for only 3 minutes.
