Receta muy sencilla en solo unos minutos (just a few minutes recipe!)

Hola a todos! Soy nuevo por aquí y quería estrenarme con esta receta
Hi people! New here and here is my first recipe

Os pongo una receta que me parece muy sencilla de hacer y, además, es vegetariana.
A very easy and vegetarian recipe.

Ingredientes para una persona (ingredients for one person):
1 tortita integral (1 whole pancake)
1 tomate (1 tomato)
80 gr Heura
1 huevo (1 egg)
5 piezas mozzarella (5 pieces of mozzarella)
Sal y pimienta (salt and pepper)

Primero, cortaremos en dados unos tomates y un poco de heura.
Firstly, cut dices of tomatoes and heura

Entonces, cogemos una tortita (mejor si es integral) y la colocamos dentro de un bol. Si ponemos papel de horno evitaremos que se nos pegue al recipiente.
Then, we take a pancake (better whole pancake) and we put it within a bowl. Use paper for oven to avoid problems later.

Batimos un huevo y preparamos un poco de mozzarella
Whip a egg and take mozzarella

Vertemos el huevo dentro de la tortita, después ponemos el tomate, la heura, salpimentamos al gusto, removemos y añadimos encima la mozzarella.
Pour the egg in the pancake, then add the tomatoe, the heura, add salt and pepper (up to you the quantity), mix everything and then put the mozzarella on top.

Ya solo queda meterlo durante 15/20 minutos a 190 grados al horno previamente precalentado y..... voila!
Finally, 15/20 minutes at 190 celsius degrees in the oven and.... voila!
