Hello friends of Foodies Bee Hive! Today I come again with an easy and simple recipe, and above all very delicious! With my friend Agustina we have been organizing ourselves to make this recipe for several days because the cold days are over and we could not receive spring as it should without saying goodbye to winter first haha, so the recipe in question is Chorizo a la Pomarola. I find it curious that it does not have an exact translation ... but well, basically it is pork chorizo in tomato sauce.

Hola amigos de Foodies Bee Hive! el dia de hoy vengo nuevamente con una receta facil y sencilla, y sobretodo muy deliciosa! con mi amiga Agustina venimos hace varios dias organizandonos para hacer esta receta porque ya se acaban los dias frios y no podiamos recibir a la primavera como corresponde sin despedirnos primero del invierno jaja, asi que la receta en cuestion es Chorizo a la Pomarola. Me resulta curioso que no tenga una traduccion exacta... pero bueno basicamente es chorizo de cerdo en salsa de tomate.

Let's start with the recipe, we are going to place our chorizos in a hot saucepan to seal them. From both sides. Then, in that same saucepan we are going to place the base of vegetables that will be onion, garlic, grated carrot and green onion.

Comencemos con la receta, vamos a colocar nuestros chorizos en una cacerola caliente para sellarlos. De ambos lados. Luego, en esa misma cacerola vamos a colocar la base de verduras que seran cebolla, ajo, zanahoria rallada y cebolla de verdeo.

When they have released their juices we are going to throw them a jet of wine. When it evaporates, we are going to add the tomato puree with the seasonings that will be: ground aju, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper and marinade for pizza.

Cuando estos hayan largado sus jugos vamos a tirarles un chorro de vino. Cuando este se evapore vamos a incorporar el pure de tomate con los condimentos que seran: aju molido, pimenton, oregano, sal y pimienta y adobo para pizza.

We are going to add a cup of water to the tomato puree and we are going to leave the pot uncovered over low heat so that the acidity of the tomato evaporates. About an hour later our dish will be ready!

Al pure de tomate vamos a agregarle una taza de agua y vamos a dejar la olla destapada a fuego bajo para que la acidez del tomate se evapore. Aproximadamente una hora despues nuestro plato ya estará listo!

This dish can be eaten alone or it can be accompanied with rice, noodles or puree. We decided to eat it as a sandwich!

Este plato se puede comer solo o se puede acompañar con arroz, fideos o pure. Nosotras decidimos comerlo en forma de sandwich!

and that would be all! I could eat only one sandwich, it is a very heavy dish, it is not to eat at night like we did hahaha I hope the recipe was easy to follow and you can replicate it at home!
