NamastešŸ™, Today I'm going to share with you Healthy, delicious and tasty food recipe, ā€œIndian Peas & Cottage Cheese Currie recipeā€, I helped a lot while preparation of this Matar paneer curry. Please go through this post and see all cooking 24 images and hope you all will like it.

PANEER CURRY PREPARATION ITEMS
ā€¢ 200g Paneer (Cottage Chees)
ā€¢ One Cup Matar (Peas)
ā€¢ 9-10 cloves Garlic
ā€¢ 1 big size Onion
ā€¢ 1 Tomatoes
ā€¢ 2 Green Chilies
ā€¢ 1 inch Ginger piece
ā€¢ 1 tsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
ā€¢ 1 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
ā€¢ 1 small tsp Red Chili Powder
ā€¢ 2 tsp Coriander Powder
ā€¢ 1 tsp Garam(mixture of spices) Masala
ā€¢ 1 tsp Garam(mixture of spices) Masala
ā€¢ Coriander leaves (dhania Patta)
ā€¢ Mustered Oil for Cooking
ā€¢ Water as Needed

Preparation Method: -
Step 1-
ā€¢ Make paste of the Onion, Tomato, garlic, green chilies and ginger in grinder.

ā€¢ Make Small pieces of the paneer.

Step 2-
Heat the oil in Frying pan over mid flame and add Matar (Peas) in it and fry it for 3-4 minutes refer image for your reference. Keep aside these fried peas on plate.

Again, Heat the oil in Frying pan over mid flame and add Paneer (Cottage Chees) slices in it and fry it till it became light brown, refer image for your reference. Keep aside this fried paneer.

Step 3
Heat the oil in Frying pan over mid flame. Now add cumin seed/green chili/bay leaf in it, when cumin seed sound crackle.

Now add paste of Onion, Tomato, garlic, green chilies and ginger in oil and fry it for 3-4 minutes

Now add turmeric powder and salt in it and fry around 3-4 minutes

Now add Cumin, Red Chili, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala powder in it and fry it till became brownish color.

Now add fried matar(peas) in it and fry 2-3 minute and add some water in it .

After 2-3 minute add fried paneer slices in it and wait till water became less as shown in picture.

Now your Matar paneer curry is ready to serve hot and it is good to eat with naan/tandoori roti or rice.

That sounds really good, thanks for sharing. Especially with so many photos of the entire process. What we call "cottage cheese" here is slightly different, but we can also buy paneer, so it's not a big deal. I think I will definitely try making this some time. Thanks again!

Thanks for like, paneer is known to Indians but for other countries it is known as a "cottage cheese", Here in Hive all world is under one roof, thats why I used both name to know product easily. Thanks again
