How to eat the dish? It's like sauce for any dish?
It's simple curry and can eat with bread(Roti),
You can also mix Paneer ( Cottage cheese) in it or fried small potato pieces in this curry.
Both are different dish in india,
aalu palak curry(Potato spinach curry)
Palak paneer curry(Spinach cottage cheese curry)
Very testy and health dish it is.
Thanks for visiting on postš
Looks so delicious, my expectations about curry is full of condiments and spices inside like potato, Carrot, meat etc and we can eat with rice or noodles that's called curry in my country.
You are right it's looking like incomplete, but when you have this with flour made naan/bread it will give different taste ( i prepared this spinach curry and tasted with my workplace friends and family all liked it a lotš)
Actually first time me and my wife prepared it in this Corona pandemic lockdown and we like it.
When we add potato or carrot in it than this dish have different taste and commonly found in hotel or home.
No worry just try once and share your experience š
Thank you so much for your kind information.
This looks like it would be a great side dish. Soak it up with some fresh naan or crusty bread.
Good Eveningš, You are absolutely right Sir, naan is best choice with this palak curry, Thanks for your support and like
