This is my first experiment, I wasn't that sure at the beginning. But the result, once you get your first bite you wouldn't stop :D
My kids love it so much.
Potato Cheese Nugget
Ingredients:
• 500gr Potato
• 1onc Grated Cheese
• 1onc Wheat Flour
• 1tbsp Chicken Broth Powder
• 500gr Cooking Oil
Cooking Steps:
Wash the potato thoroughly, then boil until soft.
Mashed the potato until there is no lumps.
Mix well grated cheese, wheat flour, and chicken broth powder. Then mix well with hand.
Noted: it is recommended to use gloves to prevent sticking.Next shape according to your taste, then put it on the plate that has wheat flour, so the dough doesn't get stick.
The shape does not look good :D sorry for that, I need more practice.Then fry until golden brown.
Noted: The dough can be stored in the freezer, so you can save it and cook it for the next day.Serve with chili sauce and spicy mayonnaise

Yummy! It looks so easy to do it! What you think is it possible to be added some meat to it or it will ruin the recipe. My man prefers to have meat every time... and this makes my choice of cooking hard ...
