Hi Guys! Today I wanna share with all of you this super easy, yet super yummy Chicken Buffalo Dip, so you can dip your Netflix days in.. 😋

¡Hola Chicos! Hoy les compartiré este súper fácil, pero riquísimo dip de pollo buffalo para dippear tus tardes de netflix.. 😋

You will only need:

• Chicken Breast – 240 gr
• Cream Cheese – 200 gr
• Buffalo Sauce – 200 ml
• Ranch Dressing – 100ml
• Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Chips/Snacks

Solo necesitarás:

• Pechuga de Pollo – 240 gr
• Queso Crema – 200 gr
• Salsa Buffalo – 200 ml
• Aderezo Ranch – 100ml
• Queso Cheddar rallado
• Nachos/Tortillas/Galletas

Hora de enloquecer!!!…. Nuestra Estrella: Pollo

Make it simple make it yummy ... Bring it to boil a little until it is cooked (remember, chicken breast cooks very quickly, and if it gets over cooked it will dry out) so this step shouldn’t take you long, but don’t forget to add your special touch and flavor. You can use chicken broth instead of water, add salt, freshly peeled garlic, and some aromatic herbs to give it a delicious aroma and flavor .. Now just help yourself with two forks and shred it.

Hazlo rico y sencillo… Sólo debes hervirlo un poco hasta cocinarlo (no olvides que la pechuga se cocina muy rápido, y si se pasa de cocción se secará) así que este paso no debe tomarte mucho tiempo, pero no olvides agregar tu toque y sabor especial. Puedes hervirlo en caldo de pollo en lugar de agua, agregar sal, ajo recién pelado, y algunas hierbas aromáticas para darle delicioso aroma y sabor.. Ahora solo ayúdate con dos tenedores para desmenuzarlo.

It's that simple, in a bowl mix the shredded chicken with the cream cheese, the buffalo sauce, and the ranch dressing until everything gets completely integrated, you can use a cooking paddle, or even a hand mixer ...

Mezcla, Mezcla, Mezcla…. No pares de mezclar….

Así de simple,en un recipiente mezcla el pollo desmenuzado con el queso crema, la salsa buffalo, y el aderezo ranch hasta que todo se integre completamente, puedes utilizar una paleta de cocia, o incluso una batidora manual…

Cheese, Cheese… more Cheese…. Just top it with the shredded cheddar cheese.

Queso, Queso… más Queso…. Solo cubre la parte de arriba con el queso cheddar rallado

Oven time!!!! … Only 15 minutes at 350°

You have a gratinator!…. Great, after oven, just gratin it for 5 minutes to get that delicious crust in the cheddar cheese, if you don't have a gratinator, don't worry, it's also gonna taste delisous with no gratin...

Get your snacks, dip in and enjoy…

Al horno!!!! … Solo 15 minutos a 180°

¡Tienes Gratinador!…. Excelente, luego de hornear, solo gratina por 5 minutos para lograr ese dorado delicioso en el queso cheddar, si no tienes gratinador no te preocupes,quedará igual de delicioso sin gratinar…
