Ingredients:-


1.Flour - 2cup
2.Corn flour - 2tbsp
3.Salt - 1tbsp
4.Water - 2cup

5.Oil
6.Garlic - 6
7.Chopped Onion - 2
8.Capsicum - 1/2
9.Carrot - 3
10.Beans - 1cup
11.Green chilli - 7
12.Oil

How To Make This Dish


SPRING ROLL WRAPPER MAKING

Take a bowl , add 2 cup flour, 2tbsp corn flour , 1tbsp salt . Mix them.

With water make a perfect batter. I used 2cup of water. The batter should be smooth.

Now on the gas, and place a pan , heat the pan , then grease oil and then pour a ladleful of batter on the hot pan. Keep the flame low.

Finally the wrapper is ready .

HOW TO PREPARE VEG STUFFING

Place a wok on the oven .keep the flame medium to high .Add 4tbsp oil and heat the oil.

Add 1tbsp salt. Cover the wok and Cook it for 5min again

Add 1tsp black pepper, add 4tbsp tomato ketchup and 1tsp suger . You can skip the suger if you want .

Add 1 egg and mix everything perfectly.cook for few minutes untill all ingredients mix well.

Okay , so the yummy tasty stuffing is absolutely ready to use .

HOW TO FOLD AND FRY SPRING ROLL

First take a prepared wrapper and place a tbsp of veg stuffing .
Rub flour paste around the edges to seal the roll.

Now roll and fold the sides making sure the roll is sealed tight.

Fry in deep hot oil , keeping the flame on medium.
Stir until the roll turns golden brown
Drain off and tranfer the rolls in a plate.

Now serve this yummy veg spring roll with yogurt or with sause
