¿A quien le gustan las arepas?, Pues a todo el mundo así que haré unas buenas arepas a mi manera.

El proceso es muy sencillo para estás buenas arepas:

Preparación

Colocar la harina en un tazón e ir agregando agua mientras amasas hasta que quede una masa suave, agregar sal al gusto.

Cortar las salchichas en cuadros pequeños y colocarlas en un sartén a fuego alto con un poco de aceite, remover hasta que queden con un color oscuro.

Montar las arepas en un budare

En un recipiente colocar las salchichas y agregarle salsa de tómate más la mayonesa al gusto y mezclar.

Rellenar las arepas y disfrutar!!
