I am growing fresh peppermint this year in a pot and I noticed that it was starting to spread. I need to repot my herb so that I will have an abundant supply.
I love peppermint tea, but fresh peppermint is so much more flavorful than tea in a bag that has been dried.
I am also growing fresh spearmint which is a perennial plant. My spearmint is growing by leaps and bounds and a larger container. I would like to have just as much peppermint as I have spearmint.
I prefer spearmint in iced tea or cold beverages. It is also good in a Mojito with or without alcohol.
