[ESP-ENG] Receta de Ponqué Básico con Chocolate / Basic Chocolate Cake Recipe

Hola querida comunidad, el día de hoy les quiero dar a conocer la receta de un ponqué básico con chocolate, mi madre desde pequeña le ha gustado hacer tortas y hoy decidió enseñarme como hacer está deliciosa receta que con mucho gusto quiero compartir con todos ustedes.

Hello dear community, today I want to introduce you to the recipe for a basic cake with chocolate, my mother has liked making cakes since she was little and today she decided to teach me how to make this delicious recipe that I would like to share with all of you.

Ingredientes para preparar 1/2 kilo de torta:

Ingredients to prepare 1/2 kilo of cake:

  • 4 huevos.
  • 4 eggs.

  • 200 gr de azúcar.
  • 200 gr of sugar.

  • 200 gr de mantequilla.
  • 200 gr of butter.

  • 400 gr de harina de trigo.
  • 400 gr of wheat flour.

  • 200 ml de leche.
  • 200 ml of milk.

  • 100 gr de cacao en polvo.
  • 100 gr of cocoa powder.

  • 1 chorrito de vainilla.
  • 1 splash of vanilla.

Ahora bien, para preparar la receta empezaremos por separar la clara de las llemas de los huevos, para hacer una mezcla por separado, primero mezclamos las claras con 100 gr de azúcar, mezclamos hasta punto de nieve, ¿Para que mezclamos las claras? Las mezclamos primero para que la torta nos quede esponjosa.

Now, to prepare the recipe we will start by separating the white from the eggs, to make a separate mixture, first we mix the whites with 100 grams of sugar, mix until stiff. Why do we mix the whites? We mix them first so that the cake is fluffy.

Luego, en otra tasa mezclamos 200 gr de mantequilla, con los otros 100 gr de azúcar que nos quedan, pueden hacerlo a mano o con una batidora electrica.

Then, in another bowl we mix 200 g of butter, with the other 100 g of sugar that we have left, you can do it by hand or with an electric mixer.

Para el siguiente paso, agregamos las claras previamente ya mezcladas y las llemas que separamos anteriormente, a la mezcla de mantequilla con azúcar.

For the next step, we add the previously mixed whites and fill them that we separated earlier, to the butter and sugar mixture.

Por consiguiente, vamos agregando los 400 gr de harina de trigo poco a poco mientras vamos agregando otros ingredientes, hasta agregarla toda, hay que colar la harina para q no quede con grumos, agregamos los 200 ml de leche, un chorrito de vainilla, 1 cucharada dulcera de polvo royal, la concha del limón rayado para dar un poco de sabor, un chorrito de licor, en este caso utilizamos wishky, con esto nuestra receta está lista.

Cómo adicional, decidí hacerla con un poco de chocolate para que quede con dos sabores, ¿ Como agregamos el chocolate? El chocolate es un polvo que venden para agragarlo directamente a la mezcla de un ponqué básico si lo agregamos a toda la mezcla va quedar toda de chocolate, pero como se quiere apreciar los dos sabores y dar un toque de colores, solo agregamos cocoa a la mitad de la mezcla ya culminada, para luego volverla a juntar pero sin mezclar, así lograremos los dos tonos y sabores.

Chocolate is a powder that they sell to add it directly to the mixture of a basic cake if we add it to the whole mixture it will be all chocolate, but since you want to appreciate the two flavors and give a touch of colors, we only add cocoa to the half of the mixture already completed, and then put it back together but without mixing, thus we will achieve the two tones and flavors.

Para finalizar, engrasamos un molde para tortas para poner la mezcla y llevamos la receta al horno y dejamos alrededor de 45 min, de todas maneras esten revisando por qué no todos los hornos son iguales. Cabe destacar, que el ponqué me quedo delicioso, creció como debería crecer, que los dos sabores quedaron exelentes y quedo muy bien de presencia y bueno espero les haya gustado, gracias por leerme.

Has presentado un excelente tutorial de cómo hacer un ponqué básico marmoleado. Me gustó el toque de whiky que le añades, de seguro le aporta profundidad a los sabores, especialmente al chocolate. Saludos.
