Hello dear hive, today I am joining the weekly contest organized by @zord189 with the collaboration of @foodiesunite for the first time. For this contest you must create a plate containing chicken.
Today I am going to prepare some of my delicacies, and the ones that my children like the most that I prepare because it suits me better than my lady, Pasta with ground chicken.
To make this pasta with chicken I need the following ingredients:
1/2 of pasta
1/2 chicken breast
1 tomato
1 onion
1 paprika
1 ajis
1 ulna
1 liter of water and salt to taste
Steps to make the Pasta with chicken.
The first thing we have to do is wash the breast well, place a pot with water and put it to cook over medium heat, after 10 minutes we return it and cook 10 more minutes, when after that time we take it out, let it rest and then we shred it.
At that time we place a pot with water and add salt to cook the pasta, when the water is boiling we add the pasta to cook for 15 minutes, after time we take the strainer and strain the pasta to drain all the water and not is overcooked and I was left aldente.
Then we proceed to chop the vegetables into several pieces and place it in the food processor and light until it is well minced. We take a cauldron and add a little oil and place it in the kitchen over medium heat, when it is a little hot we add the vegetables and fry, we place the cube, stir, we proceed to make the shredded chicken, mix well with the vegetables and add the water left over from cooking the breast, lower the heat and cover, let it cook for 5 minutes.
After time we remove from the candle and proceed to serve the Pasta with Chicken.
