Looks like a mighty tasty sandwich indeed. We used to make a our own version of Bahn Mi back in Cambodia, but we had access to good Vietnamese style baguettes there. Here in Suriname the bread is horrendous, so I don't get much sandwich cravings these days.

However, I am all over this sandwich. !ENGAGE 10
