Bueno estaba un poco ausente por cuestiones del liceo. Pero nuevamente les vengo a traer una gran receta de crema pastelera para decorar tortas o rellenar bombas, no es muy costosa y es fácil de hacer, además, es súper deliciosas, les recomiendo probarla.

Ingredientes

  • 125 gr de harina
  • ½ litro de leche
  • 125 gr de mantequilla
  • 125 gr de azúcar
  • Vainilla
  • Ralladura de limón o naranja

Primeramente en una taza colocamos la mantequilla y la harina

En una olla a fuego lento echamos la leche, la azúcar y la ralladura de limón, meneamos con un batidor hasta ver que la azúcar se haya disuelto

Pasamos a incorporar la mezcla de harina y mantequilla

Menear en forma de ocho rápidamente con el batidor para que así no queden grumos

Ya listo, en un envase de plástico vertemos nuestra crema para así colocarle una bolsa de plástico encima que pegue de la crema.

Por último, dejamos reposar la crema en la nevera por 6 min.

Y listo así de fácil ya tendrás tu crema pastelera para rellenar tortas, etc .
