Blessed day fellow food and cooking lovers, welcome once again to my blog. Today I am very happy to participate again in the Hive Creative Contest organized by friend @zord189 in collaboration with @foodiesunite. This time the main ingredient is noodles.
Los fideos son como la versión más ligera de la pasta. Algunos son a base de arroz y se pueden preparar de diversas maneras; fritos, al vapor o en caldos. Se pueden acompañar con carnes, verduras, vegetales e incluso se pueden comer solos.
I must confess that I don't usually eat noodles, much less instant noodles, but my daughter loves them. So in order not to miss out on participating in the contest I decided to prepare a noodle soup, with chicken and vegetables.
Noodles are like the lighter version of pasta. Some are rice based and can be prepared in different ways; fried, steamed or in broth. They can be served with meats, vegetables and can even be eaten alone.
I decided to prepare a noodle soup with chicken and vegetables as it is ideal for dinner during these cold days. This recipe was a bit improvised since I don't have any cultural knowledge about the preparation of noodles. So I prepared it as I thought it was the most appetizing and healthy for my kids. Although I bought instant noodles, I didn't use the little sachet that comes with the soup, instead I used chicken broth.
- 1 Sobre de Fideos instantáneos
- 1/2 Pechuga de pollo cortada en trozos medianos

- 1/2 Aguacate
- 1 Envelope of instant noodles

- 1 small carrot
- 1 bell bell pepper
- Onion, leek garlic, celery stalks
- Broccoli
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 avocado
#1
Cut the onion, bell bell pepper, celery stalks, and garlic in medium pieces.
#2
Chop the carrot and broccoli.
#3
Place the breast pieces in a pot with a little oil and bring to the fire. Then add the onion, paprika, celery and garlic. Cook over high heat and stir constantly until the chicken is well seared.
#4
Add the carrot pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
#5
Add half a liter of water and then the broccoli. Cook over high heat, uncovered, until the broccoli is cooked.
#6
Finally, add the instant noodles and let them boil for 3 minutes. Then remove from heat and serve with boiled eggs and avocado.
