My name is Sophy, this is my first recipe in this community, it is a pleasure for me to share with you. This dessert is one of my favorites and is inspired by my love for chocolate, I hope you like this recipe and when you make it, it will sweeten your life.

Me llamo Sophy, esta es mi primera receta en esta comunidad, es un placer para mi compartir con ustedes. Este postre es uno de mis favoritos y esta inspirado en mi amor por el chocolate, espero esta receta te guste y cuando la hagas te endulce la vida.
COMENCEMOS!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cans of condensed milk
3 cans of heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered chocolate
1/2 cup medium bitter chocolate
2 packages of oreo cookies
{To decorate, keep some chocolate squares and oreos}
Ingredientes:
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
2 latas de leche condensada
3 latas de crema de leche
1/2 taza de chocolate en polvo
1/2 taza de chocolate medio amargo
2 paquetes de galleta oreo
{Para decorar guarda algunos cuadritos de chocolate y oreos)
Preparation / Preparación:
In a hot pot we are going to place 2 tablespoons of butter.
After it melts, add 1 can of condensed milk and mix.
Then add the 2 small boxes of milk cream and add the half cup of powdered chocolate.
Continue mixing the ingredients and add the half cup of medium bittersweet chocolate
Once we add all the ingredients we will mix until we have a homogeneous mixture.
En una Olla caliente vamos a colocar 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
Luego de que se derrita le agregamos 1 lata de leche condensada y mezclamos
Enseguida le adicionamos las 2 cajitas de crema de leche y agregamos la media taza de chocolate en polvo
Continuaremos mezclando los ingredientes y agregamos la media taza de chocolate medio amargo
Una vez añadimos todos los ingredientes vamos a mezclar hasta tener una mezcla homogenea.
Continuamos mezclando durante unos 20 minutos a fuego medio :)

A medida que vayamos mezclando nuestra crema ira espesando
As we go mixing our cream will thicken
Pasado el tiempo nuestra mezcla nos debe quedar asi.
Una vez lista la dejamos enfriar, servimos y pasamos a decorar
After this time our mixture should look like this.
Once ready, let it cool, serve and decorate.
Recuerdan que les dije que guarden algunos chocolates y oreos?
Ahora es el momento para usarlas para decorar nuestro postre, para ello cortaremos algunas oreos en cuadritos pequeños le colocaremos la oreo y el chocolate por encima.
Por ultimo, lo entramos en el refrigerador por unas dos horas y listo a disfrutar!
Remember I told you to save some chocolate and oreos?
Now is the time to use them to decorate our dessert, for this we will cut some oreos in small squares and we will put the oreo and the chocolate on top.
Finally, we put it in the refrigerator for about two hours and ready to enjoy!
