I show you how to prepare delicious stuffed bell peppers with ground beef and rice / ENG-ESP

Good evening Hivers, I hope you had a wonderful weekend.... Today, I will share with you an exquisite recipe, VERY healthy and nutritious. This dish has ALL the nutrients to enjoy it as a "unique" dish, but if you want to complement it with some garnish you can accompany it with "baked plantains", the combination is really exquisite!

Let's put on the apron to prepare some exquisite "stuffed bell peppers with ground beef and rice"... A delicacy for the palate!

Buenas noches queridos Hivers, espero que hayan pasado un maravilloso fin de semana... Hoy, compartiré con ustedes una exquisita receta, MUY saludable y nutritiva. Éste platillo posee TODOS los nutrientes para disfrutarlo como plato "único", pero si desean complementar con algún contorno lo pueden acompañar con "plátanos horneados", la combinación es realmente exquisita!

Pongámonos el delantal para preparar unos exquisitos "pimientos rellenos con carne molida y arroz"... Un manjar al paladar!

  • We will begin by preparing the rice. I used 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water, put 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. We cook on "high" heat for the first 5 minutes, then we cover and finish cooking on "low" heat, until we check that it has softened. This time I incorporated coriander stems. Reserve to use in the final step.
  • Empezaremos preparando el arroz. Utilicé 1 taza de arroz y 2 de agua, colocamos 1/2 cucharadita de sal y 1 cucharada de aceite de girasol. Cocinamos a fuego "alto" los primeros 5 minutos, luego tapamos y terminamos de cocinar a fuego "bajo", hasta comprobar que se ablandó. En ésta ocasión incorporé tallos de "cilantro". Reservamos para utilizar en el paso final.

  • Fry the ground beef, season with pepper and seasoned salt. When we check that the meat is slightly cooked, we add the onion, cut into small cubes.
  • Sofreímos la carne molida, sazonamos con pimienta y sal condimentada. Cuando comprobemos que la carne está un poco cocida, agregamos la cebolla, cortada en cubos pequeños.

  • To give a beautiful color to our meat, we add 1 carrot together with 2 slices of bacon (finely cut) and 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika. Add a touch of water.
  • Para darle un hermoso colorido a nuestro carne, agregamos 1 zanahoria junto con 2 lonchas de tocineta (finamente cortada) y 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce. Colocamos un toque de agua.

  • Our appetizing ground beef is ready! We mix the reserved rice with the meat. I particularly like MORE meat than rice, if you wish you can mix the meat and rice in equal proportions.
  • Nuestra apetitosa carne molida está lista! Mezclamos el arroz que teníamos reservado con la carne. Particularmente me gusta que predomine MÁS carne que arroz, si lo desean pueden mezclar la carne y el arroz en proporciones iguales.

  • To make this recipe I used red bell pepper, as it has a sweet taste that I love! Cut the top part of the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes in the microwave, fill generously and generously. Add Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 180º for 25-30 minutes or until it is ready.
  • Para realizar ésta receta utilicé pimiento rojo, ya que tiene un sabor dulzón que me encanta! Cortamos la parte de arriba del pimiento y cocinamos durante 5 minutos en el microondas, rellenamos de forma abundante y generosa. Agregamos queso parmesano por encima. Horneamos a 180º durante 25-30 minutos o hasta comprobar que está listo.
