That looks really good. I love marmalade. I don't eat it often though. Only when we are on vacation it seems. Anytime we buy jam it just seems to sit in the fridge uneaten for months lol. I do enjoy it when my wife makes it though...

Ya I’m exactly the same. Don’t know why! I have to have really good scones with Jam. But other than that I don’t tend to eat it. Maybe I’ll get into now that I’m going to be making it more often.
Well, it makes for a good gift as well. So there's always an excuse to make it
