Greetings friends, many times we turn cooking into a routine, always preparing the same dish for our family. But with this dish I learned that we do it because we want to because with the same ingredients of a simple duck we can turn it into something different and delicious. Like this baked pasta. Here are the ingredients:
  • Duck of your preference in this case I used feathers.
  • ground meat
  • paprika
  • garlic
  • chili
  • onion
  • cilantro
  • tomato paste
  • salt and spices to taste
  • mozzarella cheese since I had two slices left in the refrigerator
  • ham
  • parmesan cheese
  • wheat flour
  • milk

Saludos amigos muchas veces convertimos la cocina en rutina elaborando siempre el mismo platillo para nuestra familia. Pero con este plato aprendí que lo hacemos porque queremos ya que con los mismo ingrediente de un pato sencillo podemos convertirlo en algo diferente y delicioso. Como esta pasta al horno. A qui los ingrediente:

  • Pata de tu preferencia en este caso use de plumas
  • carne molida
  • pimentón
  • ajo
  • aji
  • cebolla
  • cilantro
  • pasta de tomate
  • sal y especies al gusto
  • queso mozzarela ya que me quedaban dos lonjas en la nevera
  • jamón
  • queso parmesano
  • harina de trigo
  • leche

We begin by preparing the meat in sauce. Wash very well the tomato, onion, chili, garlic, cilantro and take to the fire with a little water to parboil to make our sauce richer and redder. Once the sauce is boiled, we blend it and add it to the ground beef that we already have on the fire with a little water. Once we add the liquefied seasonings we add salt, oregano, cumin, and the tomato paste and we let unify all the flavors.


Comenzamos preparando la carne en salsa. Lavando muy bien el tomate , la cebolla, ají, ajo, cilantro y llevamos al fuego con un poquito de agua para sancochar para así hacer nuestra salsa quede mas rica y roja. Una vez este sancochada licuamos y añadimos a la carne molida que ya le tenemos a fuego con un corrito de agua. Una vez añadimos los aliños licuado añadimos sal, oregano, comino, y la pasta de tomate y dejamos unificar todos losa sabores.

Now let's make our béchamel sauce by placing in a pot, half a cup of wheat flour, salt, oregano and 3 tablespoons or more of milk, depending if you like it creamier. We take it to the fire and let it thicken, always stirring to avoid lumps or sticking to the pot.


Ahora hagamos nuestra salsa bechamel colocando en una olla, media taza de harina de trigo,sal , orégano y 3 cucharadas o mas de leche depende de si te gusta mas cremosa. llevamos al fuego y dejamos espesar siempre removiendo para que no se hagan grumos o pegue de olla

Once we have all the ingredients we assemble our pasta in the oven in a torteta or tray we place a layer of meat, a layer of pasta, bechamel ham, meat again, and we place again pasta ground meat bechamel sauce ham if we have left over mozzarella cheese or the one of your preference and parmesan and we take the oven for half an hour or until all the ingredients are unified. Then serve and enjoy with the side dish of your choice.


Una vez tengamos todo los ingredientes armamos nuestra pasta al horno en un tortera o bandeja colocamos una capa de carne, una de pasta , bechamel jamón, carne de nuevo, y colocamos de nuevo pasta carne molida salsa bechamel jamón si nos sobra queso mozzarela o el de tu preferencia y parmesano y llevamos la horno por media hora o hasta que se unifiquen todos los ingredientes. Luego servimos y disfrutamos con el acompañante de tu preferencia.
