Hello friends of Foodies Bee Hive, cooking lovers, Today I want to share with you a delicious Fish Soup. Today I wanted to please my Beloved Husband with this delicacy.
One of the most popular and consumed soups in our country is the famous fish soup. An elaboration whose ingredients may vary depending on the area where it is cooked, but always shares the same protagonist The fish, this broth offers us many vitamins for our body and is very nutritious. This time I prepared it with some heads that I had in my fridge, here are the ingredients.
- 1 kilo de Pescado.
- 3 kilos de Verduras.
- 10 Ajíes.
- 1 cebolla.
- 3 Cabeza de Ajo.
- 2 limones.
- Aceite.
- Sal al Gusto.
Ingredients
- 1 kilo of fish.
- 3 kilos of vegetables.
- 10 Chili peppers.
- 1 onion.
- 3 Head of garlic.
- 2 lemons.
- Oil.
- Salt to taste.
Comienzo lavando muy bien el Pescado y le añadimos la Sal el Ajo y el limón y reservamos.
Start by washing the fish very well and add the salt, garlic and lemon juice and set aside.
Montamos la olla al fuego y le añadimos los aliños y un poco de Aceite.
Put the pot on the fire and add the seasonings and a little oil.
Mientras esperamos que los aliños hiervan vamos adelantando las verduras las pelamos y las picamos en trozos pequeños.
While we wait for the seasonings to boil, we advance the vegetables, peel them and chop them into small pieces.
Ya los aliños hirviendo le añadimos las verduras y esperamos unos 15 minutos.
Once the seasonings are boiling, add the vegetables and wait about 15 minutes.
Mientras esperamos que la verdura se ablande vamos ganando tiempo y freímos el pescado me gusta frito porque le da mucho mas sabor a nuestra deliciosa sopa.
While we wait for the vegetables to soften we gain time and fry the fish, I like it fried because it gives much more flavor to our delicious soup.
Esperamos unos 5 minutos y ya nuestra sopa esta lista para añadirle el Pescado.
We wait about 5 minutes and our soup is ready to add the fish.
Después que le añadimos el pescado esperamos por lo menos unos 3 minutos y procedemos a apagar el fuego así no se rompe el pescado y podemos servir nuestra rica sopa.
After adding the fish we wait at least 3 minutes and proceed to turn off the heat so the fish does not break and we can serve our delicious soup.
