My most favourite meal to have is boiled rice kanji and dry fish chutney.
It's like soul food for me, satisfies every nerve and body cell in my body 😬
You can also try this easy recipe of dry fish chutney at home and enjoy it.


For this ingredients that are required is half onion finely chopped,
3-4 dry red chillies, 1 cup coconut, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
salt as required, little tamarind and half cup dry shrimps.
Start with grinding the dry red chillies, turmeric powder, tamarind,
salt and little water to a fine paste.
Next roast the dry shrimps till it changes to a slight brown color
and then strain the powder from the shrimps.
Next is the mixing step - mix the freshly grated coconut with the paste
and add the dry shrimps and the onion to the mixture.
Mix mix mix and it's ready!


Relish the dry shrimp chutney with hot kanji (Rice Porridge)!
