Hola comunidad♡ En esta semana santa por tradición siempre se suele comer pescado, es por ello que hoy les traigo un platillo muy provocativo y fácil de preparar.

Este tipo de pescado se llama rayado, para prepararlo lo primero que hay que hacer es sazonarlo con sal, ajo, orégano y limón. Después se pasa por harina de trigo.
This type of fish is called "rayado". To prepare it, the first thing to do is to season it with salt, garlic, oregano and lemon. Then it is passed through wheat flour.
Luego se colocan en aceiten caliente y se fríen por ambos lados. Para acompañar el pescado se prepara arroz blanco.

Me gusta la ensalada de lechuga porque es bastante rápida, solo hay que picar la cebolla, tomate y la lechuga. Se le incorporan los aderezos que deseen.

Por ultimo, se fríen las tajadas de plátano que nunca pueden faltar y listo.
