Los ingredientes que necesitamos:
✅ 1/ 2 de papas
✅ 300grs de queso
✅ 3 huevos
✅ Aceite
✅ 1 cucharada de mantequilla
✅ pizca de sal
✅ 1 cucharada de harina de trigo( opcional)

Preparación:
Comencé lavando, pelando y cortando en trozos las papas, luego cocinar en agua hasta que estén blandas.
