Hello, I hope you all are well by the grace of Allah, living a healthy and beautiful life, by the prayers of all of you I am also well by the grace of Allah Alhamdulillah, Today I send love and congratulations to the community admin and all the moderators as a new entrepreneur.Today I present to you my profile along with the steps to cook Pumpkin.Let's start today's wonderful cooking.

I always love to cook by myself.The reason is that secondly the outside food is not of hygienic standard as per the current market rates.So as a bachelor I like to do my own cooking. And the more vegetables you can eat, the better. Pumpkin is very popular in coarse vegetables or fries.Its yield is abundant in our country.Let's grow vegetables in the backyard or next to the balcony. Which fulfills the need for healthy cooking for our family. But vegetables are preferred by almost 95% people.

1. Onion
2. Chilli
3. Salt
4. Garlic
5. Yellow
6. Gura masala
7. Oil
8. Pumpkin
9. Garam masala
10. Cumin

✅Making process-01

Wash the gourd well, then keep it aside. When it is done, cut it exactly like this and wash it again and keep it in a bowl

✅Making process-02

Then throw it like this on the cutting board and keep cutting for the purpose of frying.

Then take onion pepper garlic in a bowl

Then on the cutting board you cut the onion garlic pepper into nice size.

Then one by one you keep stirring the onion pepper garlic oil

Then you continue to grind onion with garlic, turmeric salt and light cumin

You will see the wonderful yellow and light red color of those masalas.

Then you fill the day with pumpkin

You mix it well with the spices and give it mild garam masala to make the curry taste incomparable.

You reduce the hearth net by calling more and more combinations. As we are going to fry it, you don't need to add water here exactly after 10 minutes

This is final making process

Then open the lid and knead it so that it does not stick to the rice, then take it off after 5 minutes. Then you can eat this delicious vegetable bhaji with family. Really nice vegetable stir fry. This entire meal cost me around BD 190 in Bangladeshi taka with a hive value of 5.07 hive.
